You will be working for one of the UK's leading telecommunications companies - Project Managing the migration from Workplace Facebook to Microsoft Engage including managing the team resources (Digital Workplace, Comms team), the outsource partner, finances, project gates and documentation. The project will be very demanding and will fundamentally change the current end user communication strategy across the client from Facebook Workplace to MS Engage, delivering an Omnichannel experience. 21k licenses will need to be allocated for Viva Engage. You will be involved in managing some of the communicationss however, there is a whole comms team behind you to support this. We can only consider ex-VMO2 employees or contractors for this contract as internal knowledge is essential. The hiring Manager needs someone who understands the way VMO2 works from a finance approval/clarity side of things to ensure correct documentation is submitted and cut offs are met. In order to successfully apply you need to be an ex VMO2 PM with some degree of MS O365 technical knowledge - particularly around identity and security.
