Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for public sector roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
