- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
