Position: Senior Technical Account Manager (SAP Business One)Type: Full-time, Sales-focusedLocation: Home-based with travel to customer sites and office as needed
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP Business One customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on SAP investments and roadmaps.
- Sales and Growth:
- Identify and drive additional sales opportunities (software, services, training, etc.).
- Own sales activities, including demos, pre-sales, quotes, and CRM updates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Consulting) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales demonstrations and technical insights to close deals.
- Other Duties:
- Take on customer transfers from other SAP partners.
- Ensure high standards in advice, proposals, and overall customer care.
Qualifications:
- SAP Expertise: Proven experience as a consultant for SAP Business One.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English.
- Mobility: Full UK/EU driving license and ability to travel freely within the UK and EU.
