This is a technical support role for a GERMAN speaker who likes customer care and is based around the READING area (or commutable) . There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is within the automotive sector, and you will deal with inbound calls and help with straight forward laptop and other queries.   • Identify and resolve straight forward problems with PC /Laptop hardware/ software
  • Take inbound calls
  • Determine which piece of equipment is faulty
  • Escalate the problem to a 2nd line support expert
  • Try and rectify the issue over the phone.

Customer care admin

  • General Admin and logistics work
  • Check warranties
  • Arrange delivery of temporary loaned equipment
  • Coordinate collection of laptops that are under Warranty
  • Chase customers for the return of loaned equipment
  • Get sign off
