The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • 3rd Line Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows environments, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Project Work: Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide strategic guidance and technical consultancy to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with junior engineers, mentoring and developing their skillsets.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and reports for client solutions.

  • Proven experience in a 3rd line support role within an MSP.
  • Expertise in Windows technologies, Azure, and Office 365.
