An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Co-ordinator Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ideally, you have worked in the Audio/Visual sector.
As the Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:
- To assist the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.
- To answer the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and to handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality. Monitor Service email inbox and deal with any enquires.
- To ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto Optim & Verisae.
- Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders.
- Update engineers assigned calls daily and report any calls that need further works to Service Manager/Supervisor. Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.
- Systems used: Verisae, Expansive, Pronet, Oss, Bellrock, Cloud FM & Nexus

The successful Service Co-ordinator will have the following related skills / experience
