Service Desk Analyst

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is on-site for the duration of the probationary period. Once passed, there will be 1 day each week for remote working.

Service Desk Analyst – Key Skills:

  • 3+ years in a Service Desk/Cloud Service Desk environment
  • 2nd Line Support experience, any 3rd Line Support experience is beneficial
  • Good experience with O365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams) etc
  • Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals Certificates, such as AZ-900
  • Microsoft Azure is very nice to have
