Support Analyst | IT Support | Fully Remote | £30,000 - £35,000
Our favourite boutique data consultancy are expanding their team due to their growing client base and increasing volume of work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded Support Analystto join a small but highly skilled team who pride themselves on providing excellent consultancy services for a wide ranging client base.
You will sit alongside a long-serving Support Analyst on the support desk as you ensure that all infrastructure, network and consultant assistance is actioned efficiently and effectively.
If you have an interest in Software Engineering or Data, there is potential to be trained in these areas and eventually move into a consultant role within the business.
Your skillset will include:
- Skilled with network, hardware and software support
- Experience with some BI tools or SQL
- ITIL qualification and/or Support experience is desirable
- A self-starter mindset and the ability to prioritse your own workload
- A "can do" attitude and a desire to assist Consultants in anything they need
This role is fully remote with occasional travel to team meet ups as required.

Alongside a salary up to £35,000, we offer great benefits including 30 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays, annual bonus and a huge focus on training and development.
