Role Overview
My client is seeking a talented Machine Learning (ML) and Data Engineer to join their growing Data & AI team. In this role, you will shape and deliver AI technology solutions for their public sector and enterprise clients. Collaborate with data scientists, data architects, software engineers, business analysts, and delivery managers to create innovative solutions leveraging cloud-based AI. Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize machine learning models using Azure AI services for applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, speech recognition, and anomaly detection.
  • Integrate Azure AI services with other Azure products like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure App Service, and Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Manage data processes using Azure technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Synapse) to support AI and analytics use-cases.
  • Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of ML solutions using Azure best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ML solutions using Azure AI Metrics Advisor, Azure Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation, staying updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI and ML.


About You

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software development.
  • Proficient in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and ML.
  • Familiar with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure ML Studio, Azure Machine Learning pipelines, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Bot Service, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure AI Video Indexer).
  • Experience in defining and implementing MLOps best practices.
  • Experience with Azure data and analytics services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other tools for version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
