This assignment has been deemed OUTSIDE OF IR35.

Our client, an established and well know organisation is looking to hire a network engineer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Suitable candidates will have an in-depth understanding of wireless / Wi-Fi technologies including 5G deployment, including the ability to compile and optimize drivers for access technologies ensuring seamless integration with Linux systems.

Additionally, you will be proficient in network fundamentals & virtualized environments. Also, the candidate will develop control agents for new access points e.g. WiFi7, sub-6GHz mmwave, in a single-board computer as well as developing x-Apps (based on OpenRAN standards) ensuring network optimisation. The succesful candidate will also support the team in integrating advanced networking within Kubernetes and other virtualisation solutions.
