A Fast Growing Network Specific Consultancy and Cisco Partner is seeking multiple 1st and 2nd Line Network Support Engineers to work with leading finance firms and blue-chip clients.
The roles involve monitoring, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting incidents while providing critical support for WAN/LAN networks and security products.
Candidates are not required to have valid certifications but should possess Cisco Technologies knowledge at CCNA level, with complete technical training provided for CCNA/CCNP.
The positions offer a total compensation package of up to £55,000, including a shift allowance, with a 24/7 support team working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
The client is flexible regarding the range of required skills and does not require experience with all technologies listed, allowing for skill allocation based on experience.

My client are looking for MULTIPLE 1st and 2nd Line Network Support Engineers.

Roles Available: 2nd Line Network Support Engineers / 1st Line Network Support Engineers

You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting incidents. As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing critical support. You will be the engineer supporting WAN/LAN Networks and Security products ensuring timely resolutions.

Cisco Technologies - CCNA Level

Do not need valid certifications

Complete Technical Training - CCNA / CCNP

Looking for a range of skills - So depending on experience the client can allocate accordingly!

Shift Work:

24/7 Support Team - 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern
