We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Warehouse Manager to join our busy Team. The Data Warehouse Manager will lead and support the Data warehouse team in managing BAU data loads, storage, DR, reporting, and outbound data, while providing expertise in database management, development, architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Warehouse Manager include:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead the data warehouse team, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of reporting and development tasks.
  • Collaborate with the business to align with the BI roadmap and future needs.
  • Advocate for the data warehouse team in BAU and project meetings.

Delivery & Improvement:

  • Oversee BAU operations and improve warehouse processes for better performance.
  • Ensure new data sources are integrated and aligned with business needs.
  • Optimize Azure costs and ensure secure data access through RBAC.

The successful Data Warehouse Manager will have:

  • Leadership and team development
  • MSSQL / MS SQL Azure
  • Database development and architecture
  • Stakeholder management
  • SQL Profiler, BCP

Desirable Skills:

  • Telecoms industry and project management experience
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
