The Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading solution development teams to realise the product roadmap and will play a critical role in helping to build out delivery capability within the relevant area. A vital part of the role is delivering the requirements as per the customer expectations.
There are two roles available in this field with similar skills. One of the role demands experience of PPM project delivery - Oracle Unifier / Oracle Primavera P6

Essential Functional / Technical Skills
路Relevant practitioner qualification required; degree level education desired
路Ideally skilled in a number of project management / change management approaches, in particular Agile delivery, as well as the likes of Prince2, APM and PMP
路Experience in applying various waterfall (e.g. Prince2, APM, PMP) and Agile methodologies and supporting context, such as governance, process and culture across different levels of portfolio
路Ability to negotiate timelines and other delivery metrics across product lifecycle
路Ability to identify and manage key stakeholders
路Azure Devops / Jira
路Application of the concepts of delivery risks and issues
路Ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant delivery risk
路Experience of project cost accounting and a good understanding of capex vs opex budgetary structures
路Ability to choose and deploy the appropriate approaches for outcome delivery
路High level knowledge of development processes, including but not limited to DevOps, Scrum, Kanban and lean development
路Shows a high level of planning aptitude
路Reporting on product performance, value and financials (along with the Product Owner)
路Support budget and funding submissions, advocating for the correct level of funding to deliver against the products business and operational requirements
路Takes pride in delivering value and all the while minimising technical debt
