A great opportunity to join a leading wine retailer as an E-Commerce Analytics Manager

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading wine retailer and e-commerce company and are also the UK's number one destination for buying wine. And they are now seeking to hire an E-Commerce Analytics Manager to join their team.

Joining the business as an E-Commerce Analytics Manager, you'll help to maintain and enhance the development of ecommerce analytics, tracking, reporting, dashboarding and more for the businesses UK portfolio.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Adobe Analytics platform for eCommerce reporting and dashboards is centred within the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
  • Development of dashboards to provide actionable insights into key eCommerce metrics
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of eCommerce performance metrics
  • Taking ownership of marketing channels, cookie and tracking implementation
  • Ensuring eCommerce data is aligned with other reporting systems to enable website data to be used in overall business reporting
  • Using attribution and customer modelling to forecast eCommerce sales, customer acquisition and retention metrics
  • Enabling tracking and reporting within Adobe Analytics

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record in Ecommerce Analytics
  • Strong technical experience in Adobe Analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
