Job Title: Solutions ArchitectWork Model: Mostly RemoteLocation: Preferably Reading or Maidenhead
This role is with our client in the Civil Engineering and Construction domain. We're looking for someone with strong expertise in business design, business architecture, and process definition, along with experience in operating models and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop use cases and operating models to support business transformation (Design Thinking experience preferred).
- Analyze business needs, define processes, and integrate architecture practices into client projects.
- Clarify scope and shape projects to align with client objectives.
- Provide programme shaping and business case support for initiatives.
- Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively at all levels to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven expertise in business design, business architecture, and process definition.
- Experience in programme shaping and delivering business cases.
- Ability to develop and document operating models and processes.
- Background in the Energy and/or Utilities sectors is highly desirable.
