They are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering tailored automation solutions to their diverse customer base.Role Overview:As a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to gather detailed requirements, designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet client needs, and ensuring successful project delivery across various industries. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and translated into effective solutions. A technical understanding of the platform is highly beneficial for this role, although the focus will be on functional consulting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Lead and participate in requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring that solutions meet client expectations and business goals.
  • Deliver functional training and support to clients, ensuring they are confident in using Microsoft Dynamics applications post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure the functional requirements are met with the appropriate technical solutions.
  • Manage and support ongoing project activities across a range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, and financial services.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, specifically within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE (AX/F&O experience is beneficial) 
  • Strong experience in gathering and defining business requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating those into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working on projects across a diverse range of industries is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of automation processes, business operations, and best practices in solution delivery.
  • A technical background with some familiarity with Dynamics development tools and integration capabilities is advantageous, though not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with clients.
