Solutions Consultant (Automation) - Reading / Hybrid (3 days office) - £35k to £45kAvanti Recruitment is working with a successful low code automation software company based in the heart of Reading town centre. They have at least 1 requirement for a technically minded, enthusiastic and client facing Solutions Consultant to help build out client projects for them, using their award winning bespoke low code automation platform.

Responsibilities; You will be in a customer facing role (not a sales role) about half the time, talking to customers and working with them to build out their platforms. Sometimes you will go and work on site with them, so the right person won’t be afraid to travel a bit. It’s also a hybrid role and the team like being in the office 3 days per week. The offices are top of the range, right in the centre of Reading.

Once a customer is on board, you will spend time building out their project, working with other team members to support with project planning and customer onboarding. Some pre-sales support will come with the role as you get to know the platform and are comfortable with it and can help to show customers how it can be used effectively.

The technical part of the role will involve some Visual programming, flows, drag and drops, a bit of JavaScript and Python and some coding to make the platform work for the customer. This is not a Developer role, but familiarity with TypeScript, Python or C# would definitely be useful.

You will incorporate direct integrations, automation / RPA, analytics / data science and app development so the role will be varied. The company reward hard work and good performance whilst thoroughly supporting your career development, as you become a close and valued member of the wider team.

Who would this role suit? The role requires a degree in a STEM subject and a customer experience mentality, using cutting edge technology to implement customer solutions. Ideally a graduate with 2 years experience commercially but will look at other profiles.

Some experience with automation / automation testing would be beneficial, experience with programming would also be very useful so a degree in a technical subject which involved coding will be great. Excellent communication skills and a personable manner are integral.
