Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Reading, UK
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are representing a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Reading, seeking a talented IT Support Engineer with expertise in Office 365 and Azure. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 2nd/3rd line support for Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure robust system integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including networking and server-related problems.
- Support IT project implementations and provide on-site assistance when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Office 365 and Azure.
- MSP background is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Windows environments and networking protocols (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
