Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications, including Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Cisco technologies, and Veeam backup solutions.* Assist with IT projects and upgrades.* Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.* Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes.
