Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Service Architect to play a key role in delivering ITIL-aligned Service Design and implementation within a complex, large-scale transformation program. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in ITIL frameworks, stakeholder management, and leadership. You'll collaborate closely with the Programme Team onsite to ensure seamless service delivery, strategy, and continual improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- ITIL Service Accreditation, ideally ITIL Service Design certification.
- Proven experience working across the full ITIL lifecycle, with a strong focus on Service Design and implementation.
- Background in delivering large-scale service transformation programs.
- Expertise in ServiceNow, including workflows, catalogues, and service automation.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and drive results without reliance on technical expertise.
Desirable Skills:
- High-level understanding of software-defined networks (SDN) and their role in service delivery and improvement.
- Experience working within secure environments, particularly in government or public sector programs.
