No previous experience necessary to break into sales! Exciting entry-level opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to kick-start their sales career within a successful commercial company based in the West Reading area. The successful applicant will receive excellent training and support, whilst developing great telephone-sales skills within a fast-paced team environment.
You will receive full training and will be assisting with:
- Developing warm sales prospects generated through inbound customer enquiries
- Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently, representing company
- Providing accurate quotes, dealing with any queries and providing information on current promotions
- Proactively making outbound calls and identifying other sales opportunities with customers ensuring that you inform them of the quality service available
- Handling any issues to a professional standard
- Inputting data on the system accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Any telephone or customer sales experience could be useful
- Your CV must be focused towards building a career in sales
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Highly motivated and keen to learn
