The Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping the organisation harness the power of data. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design insightful dashboards, and deliver reports that drive better decision-making. From analysing trends to identifying opportunities for improvement, your contributions will shape strategic outcomes and unlock new possibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

  • Active MOD DV clearance.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in data modelling and database design.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis or data mining techniques.
  • Understanding of agile working methods.

The Details

This is a hybrid role supporting the M4 corridor, with the flexibility to work from Reading, London, or Bristol. On-site presence is expected 2-3 days per week, with the remaining time spent working remotely.
