The Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping the organisation harness the power of data. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design insightful dashboards, and deliver reports that drive better decision-making. From analysing trends to identifying opportunities for improvement, your contributions will shape strategic outcomes and unlock new possibilities.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Active MOD DV clearance.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Desirable Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in data modelling and database design.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis or data mining techniques.
- Understanding of agile working methods.
The Details
This is a hybrid role supporting the M4 corridor, with the flexibility to work from Reading, London, or Bristol. On-site presence is expected 2-3 days per week, with the remaining time spent working remotely.
