We are seeking a Stock Controller to join our team. This role is ideal for an all-rounder who excels in client liaison, customer service, and managing logistics. The successful candidate will handle the control of all stock from its arrival in the UK to its distribution across the country.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with clients and resolve any issues related to stock and orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage the logistics of stock, including monitoring and organising the flow of goods.
  • Oversee the control of all stock from the point of entry into the UK to its distribution.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and stock control to prevent discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of stock levels and provide reports to management on inventory status and movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stock control, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
