A number of Temporary Supermarket Operatives urgently needed for Reading and Wokingham, working within the Waitrose supermarket.

Role: Temporary Supermarket Operatives

Shifts: Shifts available from 18:00- 00:00 - or 20:00 - 04:00 or 21:00 -07:00 Monday until Sunday.

Location:Reading or Wokingham

Pay Rate: £11.55 - 15.40 per hour

*** Please note that this role will involve stock replenishment and hospitality work. ***

As a suitable Candidate, you will:

  • Hold a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Be enthusiastic and willing
  • Comfortable interacting in a customer facing environment
  • Can actively acknowledge customers and deliver excellent service with a smile
  • Has a can do attitude
  • Is flexible and adaptable working across different assortments/areas in the branch to meet the needs of their customers.

Tasks and Duties:

  • Replenishing shelves
  • Stock tasks
  • Keeping all back of house areas clear and clean
  • Returning all empty trays to the preparation areas and cleaning them before re-use
  • Emptying rubbish bins and inserting new, clean bin liners
  • Cleaning up spillages immediately.

Temporary role with an ongoing opportunity for the right people.

Fully training will be provided.
