Role Summary

As a Senior Project Manager you will work with EQ colleagues to drive forward our global operating model transformation programme where we are growing our capability and capacity within EQ India. This is a 12 month FTC.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

Project manager with experience of transferring operational capability off-shore as well as driving the implementation of a new target operating model. The successful candidate will need to:

  • Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan, including identification of delivery resources required
  • Manage the key activity workstreams required to support the delivery plan
  • Develop and agree reporting requirements, and use this to monitor and report upon the key activities, milestones and dependencies impacting the plan
  • Manage the key assumptions and dependencies underpinning the plan
  • Manage the delivery risks relating to the plan
  • Monitor and manage the resource plan and costs for the project
  • Ensure agreed governance for the programme is followed in line with the agreed structure
  • Prepare a detailed activity schedule for any subsequent project phases

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

  • Financial Services experience, ideally Pensions Domain Expertise
  • Demonstrable Project Management experience
  • Desirable experience of global operations
  • Desirable experience of implementing Operating Models
