JOB PURPOSE
They are currently seeking a Fabric Supervisor to join their team in the Hampshire/Berkshire area, working on a major hotel contract Covering between Bristol and Southampton region across m4/m3. This role involves leading a team of multiskilled technicians, including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and floorers, ensuring the seamless execution of fabric maintenance and repair tasks.Â
KEY REPONSIBILTIES
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a skilled team.
Collaborate with the Help Desk to delegate and prioritize jobs effectively.
Work closely with the FM Account Manager to ensure contractual requirements are met.
Ensure high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and proactive approach when dealing with customers and clients.
SALARY/BENEFITS
£38,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

33 days of holiday (inc bank hols)

No on-call requirements
