An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone who would be interested in leaving the automotive industry to work for an elite sport manufacturer in Reading as a Paint Sprayer, offering an annual salary of £22500 - £36192, dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM

As the Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertake allocated tasks which assist with the day to day running of the European Service & Repair centre
  • Maintenance, cleaning and organisation of the fleet of demonstration boats.
  • Operate the daily operation in the stores and dispatch parts orders as received.
  • To undertake preparation of repairs to rowing boats

The successful Workshop Assistant will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Knowledge of rowing and the basic functions of a rowing boat would be advantageous
  • Awareness of Health and Safety in the workshop environment
  • Manual handling with heavy lifting
  • A great team spirit with the common goal to achieve excellent results
  • Trainees from an automotive/body shop/paint sprayer background welcome
