Duties of the Role:
- Assist on the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and appeals.
- Assist on site appraisals.
- Undertake planning research.
- Remain highly motivated and organised, with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate Requirements:
- RTPI accredited degree/qualification in planning or a similar field of study.
- Previous planning experience ideal, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
