As an Associate Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert planning advice and delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that planning processes are navigated smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
路Managing and delivering a variety of planning projects from inception to completion.
路Providing expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
路Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development proposals.
路Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies.
路Engaging in public consultations and community engagement activities.
路Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive project delivery.
路Keeping up-to-date with planning legislation and policy changes.
路Mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:
路A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
路Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
路Significant experience in a town planning role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
路Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy, and procedures.
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
路Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
路Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
路Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
路Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
