Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join an award-winning, leading Town Planning Consultancy in Reading!

We are seeking applications from candidates with an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study. We encourage applications from candidates who are enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strategic approach to problem solving! We are looking for a Graduate who is well organised with a high attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and leadership potential!

As a planning Graduate you will be expected to prepare planning appraisals, undertake research and analysis, prepare planning applications, contribute to the preparation/editing of Design and Access Statements, Sustainability Statements, and other planning documents. There will be a variety of exciting projects to work on, helping develop your knowledge and skills.

My client will provide comprehensive training and revision programmes to support you passing your APC and you will be allocated a mentor to ensure you are on track with your experience, knowledge and understanding, and in some cases, this is someone who has recently passed their APC!
