Penguin Recruitment are excited to be supporting a leading Real Estate Consultancy who due to expansion are looking for a Junior Town Planner to join the team in the Reading office. My client is a successful medium sized consultancy with 8 offices across the UK specialising in commercial and residential projects.
Your role will consist of working as part of a larger team whilst supporting team members on major applications and managing your own workload. We are looking an Junior Town Planner to potentially have some contacts that they are able to bring with them however if not business development experience is considered.
We are looking for the successful candidate to have come from a background within the private sector ideally and to be working towards becoming a member of the RTPI or RICS.
