About the Role:

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative planning solutions across diverse projects. You'll work closely with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to navigate the planning process, from early-stage consultation through to securing planning permissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert planning advice and support to clients, ensuring projects comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Lead and contribute to planning applications, pre-application discussions, and appeals.
Engage with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and drive project success.
Conduct site assessments, research, and analysis to inform planning strategies.
Prepare and present planning reports, statements, and supporting documents.

About You:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field, with membership of the RTPI (or working towards).
Proven experience in planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
