Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality language lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Engage and motivate students by using a variety of teaching resources and techniques.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practice.
- Participate in school events and activities related to language learning and cultural exchange.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in a relevant language or a related subject.
- Experience teaching languages at secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
