An excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to develop their career with a leading Legal 500 firm, supported by a dynamic and experienced team. JOB REF: 215299522The appointed Solicitor will gain valuable experience working closely alongside the team on complex commercial matters, while also managing their own caseload of more straightforward files. • This role is ideal for candidates looking to work across a broad spectrum of commercial law, with opportunities to gain experience in technology, intellectual property, and construction matters.• You will manage a varied caseload involving contract drafting and negotiation—covering appointments, building contracts, and warranties on construction projects—alongside advising on data protection and intellectual property issues, and supporting due diligence in corporate and banking transactions.• The firm advises commercial clients across various sectors, with a focus on technology, automotive, and construction. The successful candidate may also have the unique opportunity to work in-house with retained clients, gaining valuable insight and experience into both private practice and in-house environments.• You will be a resourceful and technically proficient, with a strong understanding of commercial law, and the ability to deliver practical, tailored advice to clients. You should possess a team-oriented approach and a commercial mindset.• You will receive close supervision and comprehensive training to build your expertise within our successful department.
