Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be invilved in the following:
- M&A's, private equity/venture capital, capital markets listings / IPOs, public company takeovers, JVs, Group restructurings, Corporate advisory matters
- Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex documents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Profile
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:
- 3-6years PQE.
- Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
