Service Care Solutions are currently working on behalf of a tier 1 Legal 500 company, based in Berkshire, which is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will be responsible for advising and representing a diverse range of clients on complex employment matters.

The responsibilities of the Senior Employment Solicitor role:

  • To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
  • Deliver a high-quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
  • To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light

The Person:

  • Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in Employment Law
  • A proven track record in handling complex employment cases
  • Commercial awareness and ability to build strong client relationships
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior staff
  • Experience in business development and networking
