A Tier 1 law firm known for its Employment work is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor 5-10 years PQE to join its expanding Employment team in Reading.It is offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues, acting for some claimant, but mostly respondent clients.The role will involve giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence and TUPE transfers, and conducting redundancy programmes and restrictions.As the ideal candidate for this Employment Solicitor role, you will have 5-10 years’ experience ideally from a recognised London or regional practice, good contract employment law skills and knowledge and a strong academic record (a 2:1 degree is a minimum requirement).In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package and work within a friendly, close-knit team environment.Excellent career opportunities await you.
