- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters.
- Manage a varied caseload.
- Drafting employment related documents.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Contribute to business development.
Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
- 5+ years PQE.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively.
- A client-focused approach, with excellent interpersonal skills.
