Description
This Interim Lawyer position based in Berkshire will involve the following tasks:
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts
- Provide IP review and advice to stakeholders throughout the business
- Ensure that SLAs are managed and met
- Work with the wide legal team to ensure internal processes are followed
- Act as first point of contact for all legal queries
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Lawyer position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience of working within a consumer based industry would be beneficial- FMCG, retail etc
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Job Offer

Hybrid working is available.
Part time hours may be considered- 3-4 days per week.
