Description

The NQ Employment Solicitors responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• TUPE transfers
• HR support for employers
• Advocacy before employment tribunals and courts
• Business development

Profile

A successful NQ Employment Solicitor should have:

• NQ-1PQE.
• A broad understanding of Employment law.
• Excellent drafting skills, legal analysis and communication skills.
• Client management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
