- Lead and develop a growing team within a firm that values progression.
- Engage in business development, working closely with senior leadership to expand the firm’s reach.
- Build and strengthen relationships with accountants, financial advisors, and other key professionals.
- Competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000, plus additional benefits and career growth opportunities.
- Managing a full private client caseload, including estate administration, trusts, elderly client matters, capacity issues, and inheritance tax planning.
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior lawyers and trainees.
- Driving business development initiatives to attract HNW and UHNW clients.
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP member with strong experience in private client law.
- Expertise in handling high-net-worth and complex estates.
- Commercial awareness and a strong track record in business development.
- A confident leader and team player with excellent client care skills.
