Key Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with significant experience in private client law, ideally with 10+ years' PQE.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex estates, trusts, and advising on tax and succession planning.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong business development skills and an established network to help grow the firm's private client practice.
