With 15 offices across the country, the firm are well equipped to advise clients domestically and internationally on the full range of legal services. The firm are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior Private Client Solicitor to join their offices in Reading or Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity a senior solicitor with significant experience in the full range of private client law to take on a Partnership role, kickstart the office's Private Client offering, manage a diverse caseload, and play a key role in the development and marketing of the practice.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Court of Protection applications.
• Provide expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
• Lead and develop a team of private client solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts and assist in expanding the private client department.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in private client law, ideally with 10+ years' PQE.
• Proven expertise in managing complex estates, trusts, and advising on tax and succession planning.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Strong business development skills and an established network to help grow the firm's private client practice.
