The firm is seeking a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and highly respected Wills Trusts & Estates department, working with other fee earners and developing their own caseload.
You will be responsible for broad diet of private client matters including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate
- The administration of estates, IHT Tax & Trusts
It is essential that candidates have some experience in Private client work but the firm will consider newly qualified solicitors with relevant training seat experience. You will maintain a continuous emphasis on best practice in respect of client care, recognising in particular the needs of elderly clients.
This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to assist in promoting, developing and marketing the Private Client Department.
