Description
The Property Development Solicitor will be involved in the following:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Managing a caseload of property development transactions including acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning and construction matters.
- Participating in business development activities to attract new clients.
Profile
The successful Property Development specialist should have:
- Excellent knowledge of property development.
- Strong drafting skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience working autonomously on complex transactions.
- A client-focused approach to work.
