Description

The Property Development Solicitor will be involved in the following:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Managing a caseload of property development transactions including acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning and construction matters.
  • Participating in business development activities to attract new clients.

Profile

The successful Property Development specialist should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of property development.
  • Strong drafting skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience working autonomously on complex transactions.
