About the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Property Finance Solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level to join its dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including lenders, borrowers and developers, handling complex, high-value property finance transactions.
As Property Finance Solicitor you will be:Â
- Advising clients on all aspects of property finance, including secured lending, refinancing and bridging loans
- Acting for financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential property finance matters
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related legal documentation
- Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title documents, leases and property reports
- Managing transactions from instruction to post-completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Liaising with clients, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely progress
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with minimum of 5+ PQE in property finance or related areas
- Strong knowledge of property law and finance-related transactions
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
