Client Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with clients, agents, solicitors, and key stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidence in all communications. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all work aligns with internal KPIs and SLAs, utilising the latest case management technology for efficiency and precision. Mentorship: Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices. Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex legal matters and provide innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Target Achievement: Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives, including completion targets.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a talented legal professional with the following skills and experience:Expertise in Conveyancing: At least 2+ years' experience managing your own caseload of property transactions. Experience with leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership is highly desirable. Client-Centric Approach: A proven ability to deliver outstanding client care and communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively. Organisational Skills: Strong time-management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
