JOB REF:8351.• A new opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE with a real interest in this area of law.• You will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of property litigation including, disputes arising out of residential and commercial leases, disputes arising out of the buying and selling of land and disputes arising out of encumbrances affecting land.• You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of relevant legislation and the ability to provide advice or consideration across relevant property litigation issues.• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment • Excellent technical ability and a passion for this area of law is a pre-requisite.• You will join a supportive team and receive ongoing training and support• Competitive remuneration package on offer.• For more information call Rebecca Barry on or email with a copy of your CV.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
